TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To confirm a booking we require your valid credit card information. If your
bill is being paid for by credit card owned by a Third Party, we require:
- A signed letter of authorisation by the 3rd party
- A copy of the credit card, front and back view
- Cancellation/ No Show Policy
We require 7 days notice of your intention to cancel.
A late cancellation will incur a 1 night penalty charge.
Carnival deposits are non-refundable
